Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all makeup and cosmetic items purchased from Deafine Beauty are final sale. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
However, refunds will be issued in the event of an error on our end. This includes, but is not limited to:

Products that arrive damaged
To be eligible for a refund, customers must contact Deafine Beauty within 48 hours of delivery and provide their order number along with clear photos documenting the issue. Once reviewed and approved, a refund will be processed to the original form of payment.

Deafine Beauty is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or dissatisfaction with product shades, colors, or textures.
