Incorrect Addresses

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Deafine Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.

Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact Deafine Beauty within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can assist you.
